Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our Onboarding team as a Customer Care Onboarding Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our customers, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Delight French entrepreneurs and investors by ensuring their onboarding experience is seamless.
- Be the voice of our customers, continuously advocating for their needs and using their feedback to improve our product and services.
- Enhance processes to better serve our customers by updating FAQs, dashboards, macros, and providing insights to the Ops and Product teams.
- Own specific end-to-end projects, identifying and addressing anomalies, and developing new solutions while keeping your team informed.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric individual with at least 6 months of experience in Customer Care or Onboarding. You should be bilingual in French, fluent in English, and Spanish is a plus. You should also have exceptional oral and written communication skills, be goal-oriented, and familiar with SaaS tools such as Intercom, Jira, Salesforce, and Trello.
