Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our client's team in Gdansk, Poland. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in sales operations/Team Leading, managing both internal and external stakeholders. They should also have a good command of English and native fluency in Russian, both verbal and written.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a team of sales advisors to achieve sales targets and improve client satisfaction survey scores.
  • Review and monitor work performance of all sales advisors, undertaking quarterly performance reviews and 1:1 monthly meetings.
  • Ensure advisors are recognized and rewarded for outstanding achievements/performance.
  • Foster a culture of open and honest communication within the team.
  • Maintain an environment that supports teamwork and implements actions from employee satisfaction surveys.
Requirements
  • Native or fluent in Russian, both verbal and written.
  • Good command of English.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales operations/Team Leading, managing both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Rev Ops mindset.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a BPO/Contact Centre environment.
