Salary & BenefitsThe successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary, estimated to be around €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our client's team in Gdansk, Poland. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in sales operations/Team Leading, managing both internal and external stakeholders. They should also have a good command of English and native fluency in Russian, both verbal and written.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coach a team of sales advisors to achieve sales targets and improve client satisfaction survey scores.
- Review and monitor work performance of all sales advisors, undertaking quarterly performance reviews and 1:1 monthly meetings.
- Ensure advisors are recognized and rewarded for outstanding achievements/performance.
- Foster a culture of open and honest communication within the team.
- Maintain an environment that supports teamwork and implements actions from employee satisfaction surveys.
- Native or fluent in Russian, both verbal and written.
- Good command of English.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales operations/Team Leading, managing both internal and external stakeholders.
- Rev Ops mindset.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a BPO/Contact Centre environment.
