Sales Team Leader with Polish Language Expertise

About the Role: David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy that empowers businesses to craft exceptional customer experiences through a blend of human touch and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously review and manage absenteeism and attrition among Sales Advisors
- Monitor work performance, conduct quarterly reviews, and hold monthly one-on-one meetings
- Provide clear direction, guidance, and recognition for outstanding achievements
- Maintain a culture of open communication and teamwork
- Coach and develop Sales Advisors, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel
- Monitor calls and implement actions to improve client satisfaction survey scores
Requirements:
- Native fluency in Polish (verbal and written)
- Good command of English
- At least 1 year of experience in sales operations/Team Leading, ideally in B2B
- Rev Ops mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced international environment
