Are you passionate about building strong relationships with publishers and driving sales growth in the Polish market? Our client, a leading international media company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Publisher Sales Associate to join their team in Madrid, Spain.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a native Polish speaker with advanced English skills to work as a key member of our sales team. As a Publisher Sales Associate, you will be responsible for acquiring new publishers, building long-term relationships, and meeting monthly KPIs and targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire new Polish publishers through cold calling, face-to-face meetings, email, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Meet or exceed monthly KPIs and targets
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Native Polish language skills with advanced English proficiency
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the digital publishing industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A keen eye for detail and a talent for turning conversations into positive outcomes
