Problem Solving: Quickly address and resolve customer issues to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, continuously seeking improvements.
Sales Activity Optimization: Evaluate and optimize sales activities to enhance efficiency and results.
Requirements:
Sales expertise with proven training and experience in sales methodologies, preferably within the fruit and vegetable sector and/or international trade.
Portfolio management with demonstrated ability to manage and grow a customer portfolio effectively.
Analytical skills with strong data analysis skills to drive strategic decision-making.
Negotiation prowess with exceptional negotiation skills, with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Claims and after-sales experience with managing claims and after-sales processes.
Payment management with proven ability to ensure timely and complete payment collections.
Supplier acquisition experience with acquiring and managing supplier relationships.
Problem-solving skills with excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to act independently.
Performance metrics familiarity with sales performance metrics and how to leverage them for success.
Drive and determination with a goal-oriented mindset and a history of achieving targets.
Charisma and influence with a charismatic and charming personality, able to build strong relationships with clients.
Proactive nature with the ability to respond quickly to leads and close sales efficiently.
Self-reliance with confidence and the ability to act independently without constant supervision.
Passion for sales with a genuine passion for sales and driving business growth.
Language Skills: Fluent in English. Proficiency in one of the following languages is an advantage: French, Dutch, or German.
