Job Title: New Business Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Business Executive to join our team at British American Tobacco. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our distribution channels and driving business growth in the Iberia region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to open new distribution channels across convenience and forecourts within FMCG.
  • Manage key accounts and negotiate prices, RTM, promotions, stock management, and wholesalers.
  • Track and report sales performance and incentives.
  • Deliver new sales with new categories (vapour and modern oral) and ensure strategic SKUs distribution in different clusters.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience in a new business and key accounts role in an FMCG company with a trade channel and account management approach.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proactive team player with a strategic vision.
