Job Title: Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Gartner, Inc. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the public sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities in the public sector
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal resources and external partners to achieve sales goals
  • Utilize sales enablement tools and management processes to drive sales performance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven consultative sales experience in high technology to large multinational companies
  • Ability to build credibility quickly with new clients and develop strategic relationships
  • Confirmed experience in prospecting and developing new business, with a strong ability to transition prospects to clients
  • Proven experience in closing enterprise-wide complex sales solutions
  • High level of clock speed, with the ability to comprehend and problem-solve quickly
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence others in the organization
  • Ability to articulate a strong value proposition of Research at the executive level
  • Comprehensive understanding of technology buying centers
