About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at Mygwork. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deal Origination: Identify high-potential transformation deals and lead the sales cycle to close new business.
  2. Sales Growth: Drive new and incremental revenue by prospecting, acquiring, and developing new business with direct clients.
  3. Client Relationships: Build strong trust relationships with new and current clients, gain referrals, and establish a strong network within the industry.
  4. Market Knowledge: Maintain an extensive knowledge of current market conditions, competing offerings, and current penetration of services and solutions.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in a complex consulting environment.
  2. Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to establish strong relationships, and a deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem.
  3. Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
