About the Role

Gartner is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and strategically selling our solutions to large enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with new-to-Gartner organisations across your assigned territory.
  • Convert viable prospects into active Gartner clients, owning the full sales conversation and negotiation.
  • Build a pipeline of relevant opportunities to deliver against sales metrics and ensure KPIs are met.
  • Manage complex high-revenue sales across matrix and diverse business environments.
  • Exercise forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
Requirements
  • Prior experience with proven direct solution-based and complex sales processes.
  • Strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen.
  • Proven experience building excellent client relationships at C-level within large enterprise organisations.
  • Strong computer proficiency and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process.
