Job Overview

We are seeking an Italian-speaking professional with excellent communication skills to join our team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for handling technical support inquiries related to telematic software and hardware. Your primary language should be Italian (C2 level), with a working proficiency in English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, or chat to clients experiencing issues with our products or services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems independently, utilizing your expertise in computer systems and software applications.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Fluent Italian (C2 level) and working proficiency in English.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using MS Office, Adobe, databases, and CRM systems.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
