About the Role

As a Customer Acquisition Manager at Mygwork, you will lead a high-impact team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) focused on growing consumption of current and new Amazon Web Services (AWS) across the start-up segment in EMEA. You will manage the career growth and development of BDRs, coach them to world-class levels of performance, develop sales plans and strategies for assigned territories, and influence customer business objectives.

You will work with a diverse group of professionals who share your passion for cloud technologies and startups. Our team is dedicated to helping customers succeed in the AWS ecosystem and driving revenue growth from small- to mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of BDRs responsible for growing consumption of current and new AWS services across a specific company segment.
  • Develop sales plans and strategies for assigned territories and influence customer business objectives.
  • Cross-functionally partner with Solution Architecture, Business Development, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive sales pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • Experience hiring and developing technology sales professionals.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets, negotiating, and signing deals in quota-carrying roles.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills and understanding of cloud technologies.

Benefits
