A Day in the LifeA typical day involves engaging with developers and Chief Technology Officers (CTOs) to discuss strategies for scaling the business. Conversations with founders are a key aspect, focusing on assisting them in achieving their business goals. The team collaborates internally during daily syncs, where ideas are shared, and discussions revolve around driving new opportunities and mutual learning.
About the TeamThe startup organization at AWS comprises experts from across the global ecosystem, including former founders and CTOs, venture capitalists, angel investors, and mentors who upskill today's founders to navigate challenges and opportunities as they build their business.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Technology related sales or business development experience
- Ability to build and deliver against a plan for your territory which meets or exceeds revenue targets
- Entrepreneurial "builder" mentality
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a base salary, we also offer a performance-based bonus structure, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
LocationThis role can be performed remotely. However, you may be required to travel to meet with clients and colleagues periodically. We are open to candidates from all over the world.
