Job Title: VC & Startup Business Development Manager, Latam Startups

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in LATAM. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing relationships with startups, accelerators, and venture capital firms throughout your core region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional coverage and expansion plan to promote and evangelize AWS services in the LATAM startup community.
  • Partner with the most influential startup organizations in-market to increase the adoption of AWS in high growth-potential technology startups at scale.
  • Use your deep network of in-market contacts and relationships to establish AWS as a fixture in the region's startup community.
  • Work with emerging startup organizations and their cohorts/classes to evangelize AWS, drive AWS adoption, and collect feedback for AWS engineering and service teams.
  • Manage regional startup-focused incentive programs to help customers thrive and deliver verifiable business value to AWS startup customers.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services.
