Job DescriptionThis position is part of our Customer Care team located in Barcelona, Catalunya, with opportunities for remote work. As a Field Technical Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide frontline support to customers, resolving technical issues through expertise and troubleshooting. You will help drive revenue growth while ensuring strong customer contract retention rates and warranty conversion.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and build knowledge to understand the industry, company, products, tools, and team.
- Complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment.
- Collaborate with internal team members and external customers to resolve technical issues.
To succeed in this role, you must have an Associate degree in a technical field, such as instrumentation or electrical engineering, or equivalent experience. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be fluent in English.
