Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide day-to-day support to end-users, address technical questions, troubleshoot issues, and resolve or escalate problems as required.
The successful candidate will collaborate with our development team to identify product bugs and provide regular feedback to customers. They will also manage carrier onboarding projects through EDI integration and assist in building and reviewing knowledge base content for internal and external distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, chat, and screen sharing
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to TMS software
- Collaborate with development team to identify and report product bugs
- Manage carrier onboarding projects through EDI integration
- Assist in building and reviewing knowledge base content
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Customer Care or related field
- Strong affinity with technical and/or software applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to retain knowledge of operating systems, procedures, customers, and TMS market
- Experience working with Salesforce.com, JIRA, or other CRM/Support Ticketing Systems
- SQL knowledge is a plus
