Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Client Manager to join our team at Tradedoubler. As a Technical Client Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support and client implementation services to our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the Tradedoubler affiliate platform on behalf of our advertisers
- Provide technical assistance and resolve issues for customers and colleagues
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Analyze client needs to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to support meetings and calls
- Stay up-to-date on market developments and trends
- Document client progress and any relevant changes
- Promote knowledge sharing within the team
- Review results with the team regularly
- Apply best practices from other clients to improve performance
- Communicate critical client information to stakeholders
- Liaise with Technical Customer Executives and Managers from other Tradedoubler offices
About You
You will be a driven professional with strong technical skills and commercial acumen. You will thrive in a team environment, motivate others, and lead by example. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences is essential.
Requirements
- University degree in Computing, IT, or software programming, or equivalent experience
- Ability to grasp technical concepts such as HTML, JavaScript, Restful APIs, XML, and programming languages
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Experience working in a client support/customer service environment is preferable

What We Offer
