Lead Technical Support Manager

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Team Lead to join our dynamic team at Palo Alto Networks. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Senior Technical Support Engineers and delivering exceptional customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the technical support team, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and drive change initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize support services for our biggest customers, focusing on proactive support.
- Mentor and direct team members to deliver on company goals and objectives, providing guidance and continuous feedback.
- Solicit innovative ideas from team members to expand the support services portfolio and work with a global team to bring them to market.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leading technical support teams or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of multi-departmental dynamics and cross-functional collaboration to ensure excellent end-to-end customer experience.
- Ability to work independently and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, with experience communicating and engaging at various organizational and customer management levels.

What We Offer
