About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Cruise Business Growth Manager to join our team at Iglu. This exciting opportunity will involve driving the growth and development of our tailor-made cruise packages in key destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volumes and revenue of our cruise business
  • Work closely with commercial and marketing colleagues to merchandise and market cruise packages
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate best prices and exclusive offers
  • Analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize product offerings
  • Provide destination-level insight to the wider commercial team to maximize opportunities
