About This Role
We are seeking experienced Account Executives to join our outbound sales team, driving growth towards becoming the leading player in the industry. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to Ideal Customer Profile accounts through various channels, including phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Your key skills include professionalism in front of Enterprise clients, charisma, verbal eloquence, and a passion for exceeding sales KPIs. You will build your own pipeline and operate independently within your chosen set of accounts, requiring experience with sourcing targets, outbounding, and closing large deals.
Requirements
- Fluent English (mother-tongue or similar) required, additional languages a plus;
- Spanish work permit;
- At least 3 years of experience with high-ticket/enterprise sales;
- Outbound call experience & drive;
- Numbers- and KPI-driven;
- Strong communication & emotional intelligence skills;
- Excellent organization and time management.

Salary Range: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
