Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base through effective sales strategy implementation, leading a sales pipeline, and developing strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers within your designated territory through multi-touch engagement plans, including cold calls, emailing, and attending live events.
- Manage a sales pipeline of qualified leads from inbound and outbound channels, working the full sales cycle from initial contact to successful closing.
- Develop a deep understanding of each prospect's business needs to communicate customized solutions tailored to their desired outcomes.
- Benchmark and exceed quarterly business revenue targets by negotiating and closing deals.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
- Ability to align client business objectives with Kemiex solutions through active listening.
- Proven track record of prospecting and selling to companies with €100 million-plus revenue.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in German.
- Strong business acumen, a mindset of owning the pipeline, and high standards in selling.
- Ability to travel as necessary (up to 5 times per year).

Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is approximately $120,000 - $150,000 annually, depending on experience and performance.
