Sales Trainee with Portfolio Development Expertise

Job OverviewThis Sales Trainee role is a 6+6 months full-time, hybrid internship (2 days per week at the office). The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in product listing optimization, inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in identifying and qualifying potential customers.
- Support sales representatives with customer inquiries and follow-ups.
- Evaluate every sales action in our customers to identify potential improvements.
- Participate in training sessions to learn about our products and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree minimum in marketing, sales, or business.
- A high level in English and Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of accountability and ability to work as a team.
- A business orientation – understanding of market dynamics, commercial mindset, and structured way of working.
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
We offer an estimated annual salary range of €45,000-€60,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
