Acronis is a leader in cyber protection, providing innovative solutions that safeguard businesses and individuals worldwide. We're seeking a seasoned Cloud Partner Account Manager with German expertise to join our Inside Sales Channel Management team. This role involves driving quarter-over-quarter cloud revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of account management, data protection, and cybersecurity principles. They will work closely with a portfolio of service providers, analyzing market trends and identifying top potential partners. A key responsibility will be to develop and execute account plans, leveraging the Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud platform to increase operational efficiency and drive sales growth.

This position requires a high degree of professionalism, adaptability, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding and enabling new and existing partners, training them on Acronis products, and guiding them through the adoption process. They will also engage internal resources to support partner growth and maintain accurate records of managed partners using industry-standard tools.

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $85,000-$110,000, depending on location and experience. If you have a proven track record in channel sales, partner account management, or similar roles, particularly within the MSP channel software industry, we encourage you to apply. Your expertise in selling Professional Service Automation (PSA) or Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) software services would be an asset.
