We are Refinery89 B.V, a leading company in programmatic advertising. We are seeking an experienced Senior Publisher Business Developer to join our team in Madrid, Spain.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring top Spanish publishers, driving revenue growth, and expanding our publisher network in the Spanish market. Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting and closing deals with top Spanish publishers;
  • Building a healthy pipeline and prioritizing opportunities for maximum value;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to lead publisher acquisition efforts;
  • Maintaining a CRM tool to track lead and client interactions;
  • Hitting monthly and quarterly sales goals;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in digital advertising sales, with a focus on publisher acquisition and account management;
  • Established relationships with Spanish key publishers;
  • A proven track record in programmatic advertising sales;
  • Fluent/native Spanish language skills and high-level English proficiency;
  • A commercial mindset and a keen eye for detail;
  • A passion for digital advertising and the ability to work autonomously;
