Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to manage and deliver against challenging advertiser goals and problems, drive revenue, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will be a knowledgeable partner on Amazon Ads solutions, delivering exceptional sales and customer service to our clients, and retaining and growing revenue from existing advertisers.
Main Responsibilities
- Become a subject matter expert on Amazon Ads solutions and develop annual brand and media strategies for growth based on overall advertiser goals/objectives.
- Develop campaign strategies and audience targeting recommendations, evaluating KPIs and optimizing campaign performance using a data-driven approach.
- Educate advertisers on performance metrics, category trends/approaches, and consumer insights using existing and/or customized insights.
- Work cross-functionally with sales and other Amazon partners to drive incremental revenue and increase advertiser satisfaction.
- Programmatic strategy and implementation experience, as well as expertise in Omni-channel marketing, display, over-the-top (OTT), or search marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering, or Business.
- Extensive years of relevant experience in a client-facing role, including digital marketing, sales, analytics, etc.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
