Job Title: Senior Sales Director for Spanish Market
About the Role:
Our client, a top-tier European multinational, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Director to lead their Spanish market expansion. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to penetrate the Spanish market and achieve growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration
• Establish and maintain relationships with key B2C clients, partners, and industry influencers
• Lead and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the HQ team to align sales strategies with overall business goals
Requirements:
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a senior sales or business development role within the engineering, construction, or related sector
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Fluency in Spanish and French, with proficiency in additional languages advantageous
