Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our European Sales team. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, targeting the Spanish Market with a focus on elite sports clubs, leagues, and federations.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, including prospecting and lead qualification, lead product demonstrations and presentations, negotiating terms and pricing, and closing deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Sell to elite clubs, leagues, and federations throughout the elite sports pyramid.
- Meet and exceed quota targets set for establishing sales of products and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, campaigns, and collateral materials to support lead generation and conversion.
- Collaborate closely with the customer success team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation and ongoing support.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports, utilizing CRM software to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities.
- Spanish on native or professional working proficiency. Corporate language is English.
- Passion and knowledge about the Spanish sports market so you effectively can relate to, and communicate with, our potential customers.
- Minimum 5 years sales experience with proven track record of success from B2B sales in the Sports Tech Industry.
- Strong experience in prospecting, lead generation, and managing the entire sales cycle.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and solutions to diverse audiences.
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, understand their challenges, and position Spiideo's offerings as a valuable solution.
- Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals in a high-activity space.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
