Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue in the Spanish market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners to achieve sales targets and sustainable business growth
  • Manage potential channel conflict and foster excellent communication internally and externally
  • Closely work with channel partners to meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
  • Deploy, direct, and execute winning sales opportunities
  • Effectively advise customers through consultative selling techniques
  • Analyze customer demands, define project strategies, and develop project proposals
  • Communicate and coordinate with other departments and headquarters for resource assignment and project planning
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or above
  • Proven work experience in sales and marketing in Spain in IT, software solution, innovative equipment, or financial equipment
  • Extended experience in direct / channel sales management, customer relationship development & management
  • Strong negotiation and aggressive sales skills
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish & English
