About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and establishing RTB House as a market leader in the Spanish market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in Spain.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Spanish market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive awareness of RTB House and its products in the Spanish market.
- Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the online industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding customer bases in Spain.
- Strong network of contacts in the Spanish media industry, particularly in retail, travel, and classifieds verticals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with a hands-on leadership style.
