About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Nordic Jobs Worldwide. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) quota quarterly and reach activity targets on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high potential prospects and educate clients on our offerings.
  • Perform daily outbound calls and emails to contact C-level decision makers, build rapport, and assess needs.
  • Understand future customers' weak points, gather technical requirements, and correlate business needs with available cloud solutions.
  • Update and maintain lead and customer data in Salesforce.com.
  • Work towards team-based and individual goals for KPIs such as productivity, conversion rates, opportunities, and pipeline.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Fluency in Swedish in speech and writing.
  • Ability to speak and write fluently and idiomatically in English.
  • Previous experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions.
  • Ability to connect business needs with adequate solutions and strong business acumen.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity and professionalism.
Desirable Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in IT outbound sales prospecting with strong business acumen and ability to convince others and read situations well.
