About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swedish Speaking Business Developer to join our team in Barcelona. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Google Ads products to small to medium-sized businesses in the Swedish market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and manage a portfolio of clients in the Swedish market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and tailor-made digital marketing solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for your clients, offering insights and recommendations on how to maximize their online presence and advertising investment using Google Ads.
  • Work towards clear performance metrics and sales targets, striving to exceed expectations and grow your client portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the best possible service and support for your clients.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Fluent in Swedish (C2 level) with excellent communication skills.
  • English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
  • Previous experience in sales or business development (minimum 1-2 years) with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, digital marketing, or online advertising is highly beneficial.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
