Business Development Role for Swedish Clients

We are an innovative digital marketing agency based in vibrant Barcelona, specializing in Google products and cutting-edge marketing solutions. Our team is seeking a proactive and experienced Business Developer fluent in Swedish to join our team. This hybrid position combines the flexibility of remote work with the collaborative environment of our Barcelona office, allowing you to work from home three days a week and interact with the team in the office for two days.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to capture new clients and expand market presence for Google products.
  • Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored Google product solutions to address those needs.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and other businesses to drive growth and enhance market positioning.
  • Oversee and manage key client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, resolving any issues, and delivering exceptional service to maintain long-term relationships.
  • Conduct thorough research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands in Swedish-speaking regions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns aimed at achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Swedish is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with Google products and digital marketing tools is a plus.
  • Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Ability to analyze market data, assess performance metrics, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
