Business Development Opportunity for a Swedish Speaking Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional fluent in Swedish to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a Swedish-speaking Business Developer, you will play a key role in expanding our business and managing client relationships for Google products. Your fluency in Swedish will be crucial for engaging with Swedish-speaking clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Develop and implement strategies to capture new clients and expand market presence for Google products, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Generate leads, build relationships with potential clients, and present tailored Google product solutions to address their needs.
  • Strategic Partnerships and Account Management: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and other businesses to drive growth and enhance market positioning. Oversee and manage key client accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Market Research and Sales Strategy: Conduct thorough research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands in Swedish-speaking regions. Use insights to adapt strategies and identify new opportunities. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Product Expertise and Performance Tracking: Maintain a deep understanding of Google products and their advantages. Effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients and prospects. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress towards goals.

Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Swedish is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Google products and digital marketing tools is a plus.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze market data, assess performance metrics, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
