Customer Service Team Leader for Global Mobility Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor or Team Leader with at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Customer Support to lead our Spanish-speaking team. As a key member of our Madrid or Barcelona-based team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting a team of agents, ensuring they meet performance targets, provide exceptional customer support, and adhere to project guidelines. Your leadership skills will drive team development and achieve results while interacting with executive-level stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams.
The ideal candidate has excellent command of English and strong language skills in Spanish and Portuguese, with knowledge of MS Office365 applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. You will create comprehensive manuals, document procedures, train new hires, track and analyze team performance metrics, and compile data for reports on team performance.
In this role, you can expect a full-time indefinite contract, 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday, as part of a great team of professionals in an internationally consolidated company. You will acquire a global vision of the automotive sector, relating to customers, suppliers, consultants, and dealers. Our benefits include:
