Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our team in Madrid or Barcelona. As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting a team of agents to deliver exceptional customer support and meet key performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of agents to ensure they meet performance targets.
  • Provide ongoing support, motivation, and mentorship to team members.
  • Create comprehensive manuals and document procedures.
  • Track and analyze team performance metrics.
  • Compile data and generate reports on team performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An excellent command of English and strong language skills (bilingual and/or native in Dutch).
  • Experience working in Customer Service or Customer Support as Supervisor or Team Leader for at least 1 year.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Leadership skills with a focus on team development and achieving results.
  • Able to interact at the executive level and within multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural teams.
  • Knowledge of MS Office365 applications, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of €40,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including:

  • Full-time indefinite contract.
  • 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday.
  • 23 days of Vacations + 3 extra days.
