The Role: We seek an experienced Cybersecurity Solutions Business Development Director to join our team. This role will focus on developing new business across our entire cybersecurity portfolio, generating new opportunities on existing and new clients. You will work directly with sales teams, marketing, partners, and internal subject matter experts to drive growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Foster collaboration between sales teams and partners, nurturing relationships to drive mutual benefit.
  • Grow New Opportunities: Develop business plans with strategic partners and sales teams to generate new revenue streams.
  • Execute Business Plans: Engage vendors, sales teams, marketing, and clients to execute partner business plans, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Negotiate Agreements: Support partnership agreement negotiations, ensuring favorable terms align with company objectives.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with sales, GTM, and marketing teams to develop joint offerings or solutions with partners.
  • Drive Marketing Initiatives: Support marketing activities promoting our cybersecurity offerings to clients and markets (physical or virtual events, marketing campaigns, client workshops, etc.).
  • Deliver Cybersecurity Workshops: Execute cybersecurity workshops on new or existing clients to promote our NTT Data cybersecurity portfolio.
  • Evaluate Partner Performance: Track strategic partners' performance against established metrics and business KPIs.

About You:

  • Proven Experience: Seasoned business experience in a technology or services environment, particularly selling security solutions.
  • Cybersecurity Expertise: Strong knowledge of the Spanish cybersecurity market, cybersecurity vendors ecosystem, Secure Cloud, Secure IoT/OT, Secure Workplace, and Secure Applications and Security Operations.
  • Solution-Based Selling: Proven track record of sales over-achievement in solution-based selling, complex solutions, and services to C-Level clients.
  • Networking Skills: Excellent networking skills, able to interact and engage with senior internal and external stakeholders in the specialist area of expertise.
  • Technical Capabilities: Advanced ability to lead technical design workshops with clients and internal business stakeholders, as well as recognizing opportunities for enhancement and continuous improvement.
