Cybersecurity Business Development Manager

NTT is seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across our entire cybersecurity portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Spanish cybersecurity market, cybersecurity vendors ecosystem, and a proven track record of sales over-achievement.
This role contributes to the sales process by working with management and marketing to build and develop excellent stakeholder relationships with new and existing partners, whilst developing new business channels and territories. The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of partners business plans, developing business plans with strategic partners and sales teams, and driving initiatives to integrate partner technologies or services into NTT's products or platforms.
The successful candidate will have a strong technical understanding of cybersecurity solutions, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to establish and manage processes and practices through collaboration and the understanding of business. We are looking for a self-motivated and driven individual who can work independently with little instruction on day-to-day workload.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and nurtures relationships with key partners to foster collaboration between sales teams and mutual benefit.
- Develop business plans with strategic partners and sales teams to generate new opportunities.
- Execute partners business plans by engaging with vendors, sales teams, marketing, and clients to generate new opportunities.
- Support partnership agreement negotiations to ensure terms are favorable and align with company objectives.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to develop joint offerings or solutions with partners.
- Drive marketing activities to promote cybersecurity offerings on clients and market.
- Support the execution of cybersecurity workshops on new or existing clients to promote NTT's cybersecurity portfolio.
- Support driving initiatives to integrate partner technologies or services into NTT's products or platforms.
- Manage go-to-market initiatives and campaigns to promote joint offerings or solutions.
- Track strategic partners' performance against established metrics and business KPIs.
