**Job Description**
We're looking for a highly motivated Sales Business Developer to join our Italian Market team. As a key player in the development of this market, you'll be responsible for prospecting, strategizing, and qualifying leads with our Account Executives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Pursue high-volume cold-calling (60-80 calls/day) and engage with prospects via email, e-marketing campaigns, and social outreach
- Coordinate calls and meetings between qualified leads and our Sales team
- Analyze prospect business needs, understanding processes, determining requirements, and ascertaining potential solutions
- Develop personalized solutions for clients and collaborate with multiple teams
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Fluent Italian and English language skills
- Previous customer-oriented experience in sales, customer satisfaction, project management, or similar fields
- Hungry, persistent, and ready to hustle
- Strong organizational skills with extensive use of CRM tools
- Fearless to pick up the phone and speak with a prospect
- Team player and self-motivator with strong verbal and writing communication skills
**Estimated Salary:** €35,000 - €45,000 per year, depending on experience
