As a key member of the Schneider Electric Global team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing the company's Amazon ecommerce strategy. Your primary objective will be to maximize the potential of the Amazon partnership by working closely with central and local teams to coach internal teams on how to set up their local organization, build a central knowledge base to uplift Acumen on how to work with Amazon, and support active troubleshooting on operational and functional issues that inhibit growth.
You will be responsible for building a strong commercial growth plan to reach the combined target, developing the definition of central and local resources and capabilities to accelerate Amazon growth, and driving the development of and coordinating the contract framework to lower risk and ensure consistency of commercial policy.
Additionally, you will work with the Digital Trade Manager to innovate and optimize ecommerce activities along the customer journey with a ROI-driven focus, ensuring a seamless omni-channel experience for customers.
Key responsibilities include building the global Amazon strategy, driving alignment and localization for effective deployment in countries, setting up and deploying the multi-country operating model and governance for Amazon across all agreed countries, and assisting countries in developing their launch plan and supporting all relevant workstreams to clarify Amazon requirements.
You will also be responsible for coaching and training countries on how to work with Amazon and activating all potential growth levers, developing a strong commercial growth plan to reach the combined target, and driving the development of and coordinating the contract framework to lower risk and ensure consistency of commercial policy.
Ultimately, your goal will be to grow Amazon sell-out for the Schneider Brand and develop the company as a category champion on the Amazon platform.
