Amazon Account Manager for Home and Leisure

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Account Manager to join our Existing Seller Management (ESM) team in Home & Leisure at Amazon's Third-Party Marketplace. As an Account Manager, you will work with our top established Selling Partners in the Home & Leisure product family, helping to drive growth across multiple categories including home, lawn & garden, and appliances.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage Selling Partners in the Home, Lawn & Garden, and Appliances categories. You will work to accelerate and grow these businesses, helping them adopt Amazon tools and services in order to reach more customers. While the role will be primarily phone and email based, you have flexibility in how you manage your accounts and achieve your KPIs.
Key Responsibilities- Work with our top established Selling Partners in the Home & Leisure product family, helping to drive growth across multiple categories.
- Build and grow relationships with a wide range of businesses, stakeholders and decision makers.
- Collaborate with Product and Program teams to help with Selling Partner education and adoption of Amazon services.
- Develop expertise in your category using internal and industry data to understand the competitive landscape, identify customer behaviours, trends and new opportunities.
- Relay Selling Partner needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams to help improve both Seller and Customer Experience.
The Home & Leisure team sits within the broader third party marketplace business. We are a high impact team and we manage some of the largest and most complex Selling Partners and Programs. We come from diverse professional, educational and cultural backgrounds, but we are all passionate about the experience of our customers and the success of our selling partners.
We work hard, but we also enjoy taking time out to celebrate major milestones and achievements. Some of our recent activities include a harbor cruise, Korean BBQ and Karaoke.
