Technical Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, understanding their business needs and drivers, and providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure their success with our cloud services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop trusting relationships with customers and understand their business needs and drivers
- Provide exceptional support and guidance to customers to ensure their success with our cloud services
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and adoption of our cloud services
- Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for two or more of the following technical domains: Compute, Storage, Networking, CDN, Databases, DevOps, Big Data and Analytics, Security, Applications Development in a distributed systems environment
- Fluency in both written and spoken German
- Professional oral and written communication skills, presenting to an audience containing one or more decision maker(s)
- Internal enterprise or external customer-facing experience as technical lead
- Experience in operational services or support environment
