Technical Account Manager Spain

Swan, a leading European fintech, is seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to join its Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Business and Sales teams to ensure the success of our clients' onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients in understanding and utilizing our APIs
  • Respond to functional and technical questions from customers, providing consultative and solution-based approaches
  • Develop and improve documentation to enhance client onboarding
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and Sales teams to improve processes and features
Requirements:
  • Engineering background centered around web technology
  • Previous experience in Pre Sales, Technical Account Manager, Delivery Manager, or Technical Project Manager role
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of HTTP, REST, and OAuth
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to developers and C-levels
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
