Swan is seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join its team. As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' success by helping them understand and utilize our APIs.
Key Responsibilities- Support clients in onboarding and API usage
- Respond to functional and technical questions from customers
- Develop a consultative and solution-based approach to address customer needs
- Improve documentation and implement ideas for better client onboarding
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and Sales teams
- Engineering background centered around web technology
- Previous experience in Pre Sales, Technical Account Manager, Delivery Manager, or Technical Project Manager role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of HTTP, REST, and OAuth
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts
- Excellent working abilities in Spanish and English
