About the Role

Swan is seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join its team. As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' success by helping them understand and utilize our APIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients in onboarding and API usage
  • Respond to functional and technical questions from customers
  • Develop a consultative and solution-based approach to address customer needs
  • Improve documentation and implement ideas for better client onboarding
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and Sales teams
Requirements
  • Engineering background centered around web technology
  • Previous experience in Pre Sales, Technical Account Manager, Delivery Manager, or Technical Project Manager role
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of HTTP, REST, and OAuth
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts
  • Excellent working abilities in Spanish and English
