Technical Account Manager - Embedded Finance

Swan, a leading European fintech, is seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to join its team. As a key member of the Operations team, you will work closely with the Business and Sales teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients in understanding and utilizing Swan's APIs to achieve their goals.
  • Respond to technical and functional questions from customers, providing consultative and solution-based approaches.
  • Develop and improve documentation to enhance client onboarding.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and Sales teams to improve processes and develop new features.
Requirements:
  • Engineering background centered around web technology.
  • Previous experience in Pre-Sales, Technical Account Management, Delivery Management, or Technical Project Management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to developers and C-level executives.
  • Knowledge of HTTP, REST, and OAuth.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
