About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Account Manager to join our Existing Seller Management (ESM) team in Home & Leisure at Amazon's Third-Party Marketplace. As an Account Manager, you will work with our top established Selling Partners in the Home & Leisure product family, helping to drive growth across multiple categories including home, lawn & garden, and appliances.

You will build and grow relationships with a wide range of businesses, stakeholders, and decision makers, from major Australian brands and retailers to family-owned SMBs and startups. You will also collaborate with Product and Program teams to help with Selling Partner education and adoption of Amazon services such as Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) and Sponsored Advertising.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with Selling Partners to drive growth and adoption of Amazon services
  • Building and growing relationships with businesses, stakeholders, and decision makers
  • Collaborating with Product and Program teams to improve Selling Partner experience

About the Team

The Home & Leisure team sits within the broader third-party marketplace business. We are a high-impact team that manages some of the largest and most complex Selling Partners and Programs. We come from diverse professional, educational, and cultural backgrounds, but we are all passionate about the experience of our customers and the success of our selling partners.

We work hard, but we also enjoy taking time out to celebrate major milestones and achievements. Some of our recent activities include a harbor cruise, Korean BBQ, and Karaoke.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of professional or military experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies
  • Experience within e-commerce or Retail fields
  • Pipeline management skills, including utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools
