**Role Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). As a key member of our Enterprise Support organization, you will play a critical role in driving customer adoption and use of AWS services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and advocacy to customers to help them plan and build solutions using best practices
- Proactively monitor and maintain customers' AWS environments to ensure operational health
- Develop close relationships with customers to understand their business and technical needs, and provide strategic technical guidance to help them achieve the greatest value from AWS
