Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team and drive business growth through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients to increase their commitment to reforestation efforts.
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Minimize account churn and proactively engage with clients to resolve issues and improve satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of Tree-Nation processes.
  • Monitor and address customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with French as a plus.
  • Experience in B2B account management, preferably in a subscription-based or SaaS environment.
  • Strong relationship-building, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
