About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Account Manager to join our team at Cdm Barcelona. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading the daily contact for a dedicated portfolio of high-profile healthcare brands, acting as an internal and external liaison (also with associated agencies).

You will have a deep understanding of both strategic thinking and project execution, and be able to flexibly switch between the two. Your commercial acumen will be essential in driving revenue growth and contributing to the agency's overall profitability.

As a key member of our account team, you will be an integral and integrated part of the team, mentoring and guiding junior team members, and actively participating in new business development and presentations.

We are looking for someone with a passion for data-driven knowledge and how it informs strategy and creative development. Experience in leading a team and managing clients is essential, with a plus for experience in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the daily contact for a dedicated portfolio of high-profile healthcare brands
  • Drive revenue growth and contribute to the agency's overall profitability

Requirements
  • Fluent Spanish and English
  • Experience in an agency creative environment
  • Passion for data-driven knowledge and how it informs strategy and creative development
