About this role

You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of B2B accounts, developing and nurturing relationships to grow their commitment to reforestation with Tree-Nation. You'll continuously learn and develop strategies to grow your portfolio and increase sales from your accounts.

Key responsibilities:

* Professionally manage all commercial aspects of client relationships, including day-to-day contact, pricing, negotiations, and contract renewals for your portfolio.

* Maintain current commitments while upselling and cross-selling opportunities to accounts within your portfolio, maximizing revenue per account.

* Minimize account churn from your portfolio while identifying and pursuing prospects among churned clients to win them back.

* Ensure profitability goals from your portfolio are achieved.

* Ensure all aspects of Tree-Nation processes are carried out accurately and on time.

* Take responsibility for daily monitoring of the flow of orders through our systems, addressing and finding resolutions to issues, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

* Identify areas of improvement and follow up on customer feedback.

Requirements:

* Full professional fluency in English - any second language is a plus.

* Experience in B2B account management, preferably in a subscription-based or SaaS environment will be nice to have
