Tree-Nation is the largest reforestation platform that enables individuals and companies to plant trees worldwide and offset their CO2 emissions.

We utilize technology to simplify tree planting.

Our platform offers a unique technological solution to bridge the gap between remote projects and their sponsors, between people and companies seeking to plant trees and those who can take care of it.

Since our inception in 2006, over 700,000 users and more than 20,000 companies have planted 40 million trees using our platform, and we have successfully onboarded 50 reforestation projects globally.

About This Position

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of B2B accounts.

You will develop and nurture relationships with these accounts to grow their commitment to reforestation with Tree-Nation.

You will continuously learn and develop strategies to grow your portfolio and increase sales from your accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Professionally manage all commercial aspects of client relationships, including day-to-day contact, pricing, negotiations, and contract renewals.
  • Maintain current commitments while upselling and cross-selling opportunities to accounts within your portfolio, maximizing revenue per account.
  • Minimize account churn from your portfolio while identifying and pursuing prospects among churned clients to win them back.
  • Ensure profitability goals from your portfolio are achieved.
  • Ensure all aspects of Tree-Nation processes are carried out accurately and on time.
  • Take responsibility for daily monitoring of the flow of orders through our systems, addressing and finding resolutions to issues, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Identify areas of improvement and constantly follow up on customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Full professional fluency in English and French - Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience in B2B account management, preferably in a subscription-based or SaaS environment.
  • Strong relationship-building, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs.

  • Deep passion for reforestation and fighting climate change.
