About This Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Tree-Nation. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of B2B accounts, developing and nurturing relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Professionally manage all commercial aspects of client relationships, including day-to-day contact, pricing, negotiations, and contract renewals.
  • Revenue Growth: Maintain current commitments while simultaneously upselling and cross-selling opportunities to accounts within your portfolio, maximizing revenue per account.
  • Churn Reduction: Minimize the churn of accounts from your portfolio while identifying and pursuing prospects among churned clients to win them back.
  • Profitability: Ensure that profitability goals from your portfolio are achieved.
  • Process Management: Ensure that all aspects of Tree-Nation processes are carried out accurately and on time.
  • Problem-Solving: Take responsibility for daily monitoring of the flow of orders through our systems, taking accountability for addressing and finding resolutions to issues, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Full professional fluency in English - any second language is a plus.
  • Experience: Experience in B2B account management, preferably in a subscription-based or SaaS environment will be nice to have.
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Strong relationship-building, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Results-Oriented Mindset: Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs.
  • Passion for Reforestation: Deep passion for reforestation and fighting climate change.
